[imp] Identity Question

Hi,
 Is there a way to remove the Identity drop down box in the compose window?
I am not using identities and do not need it.

Also, is there a way to remove the Alternative Parts display when viewing a
message, or maybe move it to the bottom?

Using HEAD.
