[imp] Hotmail Support

Hi,

I've written a small hack for the IMP Fetchmail script using 'Hail' to receive
mails from hotmail.

It should works with latest Horde/IMP CVS.


You have to configure the Fetchmail options like this:
Account's name: [whatever you want]
Protocol: Hotmail
Username: youremail at hotmail.com
Password: your password
Server: [not used]
Remote Mailbox: inbox
