[imp] IMAP parsing slowdown (really just preview & priority kill it)

It *is* actually IMAP related, because IMP needs to fetch *all* emails in
the current mailbox view from the server to produce the preview. I don't
think there is much you can do beside disabling previews or doing some
caching of previews in IMP so that at least subsequent mailbox calls are
faster.
