[imp] Horde/IMP/Turba [HEAD] with Exchange 5.5

I've found bits and pieces of this, but I don't know if I have a complete
picture of how to get this working properly (and as fast/optimized as it
can). Any hints/ideas on how to configure the above to use an Exchange 5.5
back-end (in particular for mail and contact) would be appreciated.

I assume that Kronolith (HEAD) cannot be made to work with Exchange 5.5.
