[imp] IMP & Courier-Imap: No messages and no folders

No luck.

I also went into imp/config/servers.php and set namespace and folders to
"INBOX."

I still couldn't view anything but at least when I tried to create a
mailbox I got a success message.  However the mailbox still didn't appear
on the list.
