[imp] IMP & Courier-Imap: No messages and no folders

Jan,

It took lots of hacking around on the server (and a few choice words lol),
tons of websites visited, and a little sleep but I think I got it.  I set
up the procmailrc file to tell it where to dump mail at and things seem to
be working now.  Courier was wanting dot files and my system wasn't making
them.  Now I have all the systems speaking the same language.
