[imp] customization of IMP3 and IMP4 dev

Hello,

was wondering if anyone had a small guide to customizing IMP, to make it look
more like a current desktop mailer (Thunderbird, Outlook, Kmail, etc.).

Also looking for some demo install, feature list or at least screenshots of
IMP4. If possible. By any chance, does anyone run webmail on IMP4 already?
