[imp] Moving mail from one shared host to another

I recently switched web hosts. I want to transfer mail for
my subaccounts (me at myserver.com, meagain at myserver.com) that
I read in Horde on my old server to my new server. Where in
the old server is the mail for all of my accounts being
stored?
