[imp] IMP Head losing Rich text format in replying mail

Hi,
   In testing IMP HEAD 03-08-04 version, I can successfully send email with
rich text format to myself and displayed correctly during  reading using
Mozilla version 1.7.1.

In hitting reply, the HTML text was lost in the quoted message. The HTML
source of the original mail reviewed both the plain text and the HTML text.
However, the compose reply mail only contain the plain text. Is this the
expected behaviour?
