[imp] New Sidebar Block Issues

So there is this user here that is having some ... difficulties ... 
with the new Horde sidebar. after i upgraded, immediately he stopped 
seeing the sidebar all together. i could log in under my account and 
see the imp folder listing just fine. So i backed up his preferences 
and started all over again, and the folder listing came back (with the 
rest of the sidebar). But, there was only an inbox in the folder block. 
There were *none* of the folders under the inbox listed at all in the 
summary... So i poked through some of the preferences and reloaded the 
page, only to have the sidebar disappear again...

anyone else notice what is going on?
