[imp] How to view shared folders?

I don't have IMP set up by default to use folder subscriptions.  It shows
all.  I did try it out and change a user preference to use folder
subscriptions and then had it show unsubscribed folders but it still
didn't show the share.  I do also have the acl driver for IMAP set to
rfc2086.  Is there anything else that needs to be set in the config files
for this to work?
