[imp] Signature problem when HTML composition mode in IMP

Hi,

I found a bug in imp when a signature is set and IMP composition mode is set to HTML by default (in the prefs.php, preference "compose_html" set to true). The problem occur when you are doing a reply or a forward of a message. What is happening is that when the composition mode is set to HTML in compose.php, the signature is translated to HTML as supposed, but he also re-translate all the message and so we see the HTML code of the message in the composition window.

A patch is included in attachment and solved the problem with my Horde / IMP installation.
