[imp] Quota Question

I have setup Horde and IMP and I am very happy with the performance and the way
it all works but I would like to add Quotas for my users. I am not sure where
or how this is handled and the information on the Internet is vague at best. If
anyone could help me that would be great.

I run Fedora Linux
- Xmail server for SMTP and POP
- Courier-IMAP for imap support
- MySQL 4 for database.

I'm just not sure if Courier is what handles the quotas or if IMP does the
quotas?
