[imp] I cant LOGOUT when using a APD compiler cache

Hi

I think the the subject its a good explanation. I'm using a APD
extension for PHP (APD its a compiler cache) and when I try to logout
IMP do nothing. 
Its important for me to solve this problem cause APD make my other php
scripts quite faster, even aplications developed with horde framework

PD: im using the last estable version of hrde and imp
