[imp] Blacklist and Whitelist Problems

I posted this same question just a few minutes ago but I don't think it 
went through so I'll post it again.

I have uses trying to use the blacklist or the whitelist in there 
webmail but when they select and email address and click either link 
they get the following error messages.

We are using IMP 3.2 and I'm new to horde and imp so I'm a little lost. 
  Also you anyone can provide good websites to help with learning please 
let me know.
