[imp] Missing menu items in mailbox view?

Could be me (it usually is).. but I get the feeling I lost quite a few menu
options in the mailbox view when going to HEAD20040929 (previously
HEAD20040928). This is all I have when I'm in mailbox view mode:

"Delete | Blacklist | Whitelist | Forward"

Shouldn't there be more stuff there.. like an option to enable threaded view and
so on?
