[imp] folder navigator in cvs head

No, I don't think this is the same issue.  I'm not seeing any segfaults,
and even when the "folder navigator" is not working (i.e. when set to
"Remember the last view") I can still access all of my folders (and I
have a lot of folders) via the dropdown mailbox selector in the top
right corner.

But for what it's worth my IMAP server *is* Cyrus 2.2.8.
