[imp] New mail pop-up notification failed in IMP 4-0 Beta

Hey there!

I ve instaled horde 3.0 beta and imp 4.0 beta.
When I turn on  notification about new mail it didin't work.

I imp 4.0 alpha, which I use earlier, this notification work ok.

Why in Imp 4beta this option is failed?

What have I wrong ?
