[imp] Where is the "options" link in menu bar ?

Hello,

I cannot find the Options link in menu bar, nor I cannot access to
settings for any other app.
My config: today's IMP4-cvs and HORDE3-cvs, IMP authentification, left
frame disabled.
How to access to all horde's settings with an IMP authentification too ?
