[imp] s/mime key question

Upgrade to the latest CVS.  Your comments are exactly why I rewrote the entire
import interface - since pkcs12 format is essentially the only way to 
transport
S/MIME keys these days, it is really the only choice for how we should let
people import their S/MIME data into IMP.
