[imp] Purging deleted messages

	With HEAD as of this morning, I've noticed an interesting problem which
started a few days ago (I think it started just after RC2 was released,
but I'm not 100% sure of that).  If I'm in a folder in which I've
deleted (but not purged) all the messages, the "Show Deleted" and "Purge
Deleted" links disappear.  The messages are still there, and show up in
the message count in the folder sidebar, but I don't have any way to
purge them.  Ideas?
