[imp] Purging deleted messages

	Well, fixed, but one oddity remains.  When all messages are marked
deleted and "hide deleted" is on, there is no command-key equivalent for
"Purge Deleted".  When there are visible messages in the folder, I can
hit Alt-G to purge the deleted messages, but the g is not underlined
(and does not work) when there are no visible messages.  Is there a
reason it needs to be this way?
