[imp] "Cannot redeclare class in Util.php"

There are several instances where opening certain message details produces the
following error in a new window:

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class util in /horde/lib/Horde/Util.php on line
30"

such as when selecting any of the following:

-"The text of the returned message can be viewed {HERE}"
-"The text of the returned message can be viewed {HERE}"
-"1 {unnamed} [text/html] 28.46 KB {Download}" <-- "Download" icon works,
"unnamed" link doesn't
-"2 {pic00292.gif} [image/gif] 1 KB {Download}" <-- "Download" icon works, "pic"
link doesn't
-"Download All Attachments (in .zip file)"

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is this a MIME or other configuration setting
somewhere?  Many thanks,
