[imp] IMP H3

Greetings,

I've just upgraded from the last version of Horde 2.x/IMP 3.x to Horde
3.0 with IMP 4.0. Previously, when I clicked on 'Folders', I could see
a list of all of my IMAP folders. Now, I only see INBOX when I click
'Folders'. I can, however, see all of my folders in the 'Open Folder'
dropdown menu and in the 'Move/Copy' dropdown menu. I have no problems
actually moving messages into IMAP folders, or opening and reading
them via the Open Folder menu, it's just when I go to the dedicated
'Folder' pane that I don't see anything.

I'm using Horde 3.0 and IMP 4.0 Final on an Apache 2.0.52 PHP 4.3.10
Linux system, with UW-IMAP 2004b. I am also using up-imapproxy 1.2.2,
although I have tried using IMP both with and without going through
the proxy.
