[imp] Compose [Send Message] button

Hi,
   Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in 2005 to all and 
thank you to the Horde team for releasing the Horde 3/IMP 4.

Now, I am testing the released version of Horde 3 and IMP 4
and in IMP, the [Send Message] buttons in the Compose window
behave differently between the top and bottom. The top button
will do the actual send, but the bottom button will not and IE6
complained about HTML error. Firefox will not do anything.
