[imp] IMP "Options" icon in IMP 4.0-H3

Is there a way to display the old Options icon in IMP 4 directly as in
previous versions of IMP and not display the Horde icon?  I want to make
the system as simple as possible for my subscribers to use, and I fear that
leaving the visible horde elements in will only add to their confusion.

I'm trying to set up a system consisting of only IMP and Turba (with Horde
underneath of course).
