[imp] Mail folders not in left menu

Hi all,

I just had a fairly bumpy upgrade to IMP/H3, and nearly everything seems to be
working now. The only problem I'm having is that the mail folders aren't
showing up under "Mail" in the left menu. In fact, the only item there that has
subitems is "Administration". All the others have empty square boxes next to the
icons.

I've been through the config and pref files to no avail. What needs to be done
to enable this nifty-oo feature?
