[imp] MDN and mail logging

I was trying to enable the send mdn's function in imp, and i found it works
perfectly but its tied to the mail logging. I would like to have MDN's but
mailloging can slow down too much my horde/imp.

I dont know why they are tied but i guess those 2 functions are tied just to
avoid sending multiple MDN's about the same msg. Am i right?
