[imp] send mail problem with Unicode (UTF-8) charset

Hi Jan,
As I mentioned, I get them in the reply text and the forward text with
string "T=C3=B4i kh=C3=B4ng tin =C4=91=E1=BB=9Di t=C3=B4i", not at the
recipient.
Please show me how to config to fix my problem.
