[imp] IMP suitability

No, you don't need multiple instances of Courier in the server to
support the different domains. I am only guessing you may run different
server for each domain.
As long as the Courier IMAP can authenticate the users (passed in from
IMP during login), you are done. One server, one horde-imp, one Courier,
one mysql or ldap etc., all can be coexist in one machine if your machine
is powerful enough to take the loads.
