[imp] Is IMP 4.0 friendlier with IE 6.0 than with Mozilla Firefox 1.0 ?

This is a weird behaviour that I have noticed when I log
into IMP4 + Horde3 using Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (Windows version).

As you can see in the enclosed pictures, the left menu appears
twice in Mozilla, but the same page loads fine with Internet
Explorer 6.0. Is this a bug? What do you think?
