Load the pages you want to test, then save them to a place that is
accessable from the Internet.

Go to http://www.contentquality.com/ and run the tests. Collect and
summarize the results, so that we know *exactly* where the weak points are,
i.e. not something like "some image are missing the alt attribute", but
"missing alt attributes in following images: foo icon on the top right of
the bar view in application baz."
