[imp] Message display in Imp 4.0.1 (vs 3.x)

Michael,

The issue may not be exactly a bug... Imp 4.x behaves inconsistently though:

In 3.x, no attachments: no text/plain attachment link
In 3.x w/ attachments: no text/plain attachment link
In 4.x, no attachments: no text/plain attachment link
In 4.x w/ attachments:yes text/plain attachment link

In all the cases above, there *is* a text/plain part: the message itself.

I know it's a good thing to be able to download the message text... but
unless there is something else attached to the message, you can't really
do it.

Nico
