[imp] IMP-HEAD/cyrus: no folders shown

Hi everybody,

I'm a very happy Horde/IMP/Turba user for some years now; needing a 
webmailer for a new server, I tried the the HEAD versions, as the new 
functions are so great (and the server is not open to anybody other than 
some admins).

However, I have a little, but annoying problem with IMP: the folder list
is not loaded properly. I had a short moment when it worked, anyhow, I 
am unable to reproduce that.
"Normally" the folders showed up in the menu (open folder select list) 
and the move/copy list, but not in the sidebar or folders.php.
Funnily enogh, just now when I opened folders.php again and all folders 
exept INBOX disappeared from these lists, too.

Using folders.php, not one single folder shows up - just the folder 
symbol without any name. When trying to create a folder (after 
activating the only clickbox), IMP tries to create it at top level.

I would appreciate any hints!

[I left out the admin and the quota section - if these are important,
just let me know and I'll send them]

Noting except "user looged in" shows up in the logs with normal level, 
and with a high debug level, it's too much to send it to the list - I 
will happily send anything when requested ;-)
