[imp] Default Folders

In the IMP prefs for setting the default spam folder, I have the value 
set to "Spam"

If the user doesn't have a folder with that name, it shows the first 
(alphabetically) folder in their account as being their spam folder.

This seems a little confusing for a user, since really the setting is 
blank. Is there any way to have the pull-down menu there show a blank 
option if the user hasn't defined a folder, and the default value was 
set to ""?
