[imp] problem with file upload

i already configured imp ... but i cannot upload file more than 1 mb
...... all things are done like: setting the php.ini upload parameters
.... etc. .............well ........ i am using apache 2.0.52, php
4.3.9 and mysql 3.23.58 and this is fedora core 3...................
please help me to upload file more than 1mb.
