[imp] View msword attachment.

With IMP 3, we were able to view msword attachment with Microsoft Word when we
click on View Attachment.  I tried the similar mime_drivers.php configuration
in IMP 4, but it does not work.

I had commented msword from registered list and commented all lines related to
msword in mime_drivers.php in IMP 3 setup.  Similarly for powerpoint and excel.

Any suggestions?
