[imp] Last login never

Hello,

I am using the latest stable releases.  I found this in the archives:

If you're using DB data converted from IMP 3, then then the last login 
field was "owned" my IMP 3 then, but in IMP 4/H3 it's owned by Horde.  
So change DB rows from:

pref_scope = imp, pref_name = last_login

to:

pref_scope = horde, pref_name = last_login

Which pertains to my situation, but where or what file do I make the above
change to?
