[imp] Message not displayed only headders IMP 4.0.2 and mmcache

Hello

 in our testing installation a message lead to a page that only display the headders with IMP H3 and no
 error found in the logs. The same message on the same server is  displayed fine with out the turck mmcache 

 I have search into the imp list and don't find any problem like this. :(

 Any hints where to dig?

the server is a sun v100 with debian.
