[imp] Change default horde directory

Under Horde 2.x/ Imp 3 I was easily able to create an alias in Apache (Alias /mail /path/to/horde/imp and Alias /horde /path/to/horde) and everything worked fine when the users went to /mail.  But for some reason under Horde 3 this doesn't work correctly.  Is there a simple way of doing this without redirection?  Everything else seems to be working great.
