Jan, it seems I accused you overhasty.
Rather, there seems to be a problem with announce at lists.horde

I just noticed that there is an announcement for 4.0.3 in the 
archive of announce (http://lists.horde.org/archives/announce/),
but it did't make it to the big, wide world.
I'm subscribed to announce and did not get this announcement,
and the mirrors MARC and Gmane don't have it either.
