[imp] unable to send large attachments

hello,

Currently using:
    * Horde: 3.0.3
    * Imp: H3 (4.0.2)
with PHP Version: 5.0.4, Apache 2.0.54

in Message Composition window, after "Added "filename.pdf" as an
attachment, nothing happened after clicking "Send Message". attachment
is about 8MB.


error logs shows:

memory_limit 20M
upload_max_filesize 20M

appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
