[imp] Able to see Japanse mails??

Hello, 
Im using horde (Version 2.2.4) & imp (Version 3.2) with no problems at
all. The thing is , a new director came to the company , and he gets
Japanese mails...
How do i get those mails visible on the IMP? i dont care the framework
being in Japanese (now its english)...
ive tryed looking at docs, but could not find much.
Any idea?
