Hm, strange. How come that my browser got text/html than? I'll try
doing some debugging when I get home (or over the weekend). Looking at
it remotely (without access to logs), it doesn't seem to be trivial case
of output being generated prior to PHP application setting up headers
(for example errors/warnings from PHP interpreter itself).
