[imp] IMP error

Some of my users are getting this error when trying to access INBOX

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: raiseerror() in
/usr/share/php/Mail/RFC822.php on line 197

It started out of nowhere and other users on the same system don't get this error.

The content of the INBOX won't list after the error appears.

Any ideas what this could be?
