[imp] Issue with "Reply to list" when the list name has a "-"

I have an email list staff-TechTest at domain.com and when you choose 
"reply to all" the cc is to staff-TechTest at domain.com as I expected but 
when I choose reply to list it comes up without the staff- and only 
techtest at domain.com (it also changes it to lower case which in my case 
is fine) so the email is rejected.

Is there a reason for this or should I submit a ticket?

P.S. This is today's head version of everything, updated pear,
