[imp] Fetch mail from Hotmail

There were some free hotmail mail grabbers around and I had started to 
port one for use with IMP's fetchmail code, but thrn Hotmail/Microsoft 
began to charge for all webDav-like related access to hotmail mailboxes 
so i said "forget this".
