[imp] outbox issue

Thanks Fábio

I did have the sent_mail_folder set properly in the imp prefs.  So it  
showed the little envelope icon on the folder I chose for the  
outbox... but it didn't behave correctly as an outbox until I  
specifically configured it in the identity options.
