[imp] Appledouble MIME attachments not parsing properly

A little bit more info:

The user sent me a copy of the "problem" document.  I received it fine 
and could
view it, but the initial Content-type format was flowed, whereas the original
message had that set as inline.  Now why would the format of the message text
affect the display of the next MIME segment?
