No. IMAP uids are not guaranteed to stay valid, so we'd need to use the 
Message-ID or another custom header. That means doing a full-text 
mailbox search to find the message. We could compromise and have less 
accurate results by doing a subject search, I suppose. But even then 
you're left with the problem of knowing which mailbox to search. Again, 
we could compromise and just search every identity's sent-mail folder, 
but if messages get moved around, if sent mail folders are archived, 
etc., then the results aren't going to be consistent.
